Remember to bring proof of citizenship in the form of a valid passport. An enhanced driver’s license AND a birth certificate may be accepted at the border but is not guaranteed. Please show respect to Immigration Officials at the border. NOTE: Anyone with a criminal record (prior or pending-including a DUI conviction) will not be allowed to cross the border.
PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS:
All payments made, including deposits, are non-refundable. Final payment of remaining balances are due 30 days prior to departure. Payments made after the 30 day cut-off may be subject to a late fee of $10.00 per person. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by the reservation holder and will not be accepted verbally. ALL payments and deposits for travel are non-refundable. In the event of a sold out tour, Global Express Tours reserves the right to collect balance payments and/or trip balances early to guarantee your reservation.
In addition to the rates listed on this page, REFUNDABLE Damage Deposits are collected from every traveler for both the bus and the hotel room.
Bus Damage Deposit
The bus deposit ($10 per person) will be collected at the bus departure. Bachelor Parties may require a $30 deposit per person. The bus damage deposit is returned in full at the conclusion of the trip as long as no damage is done to the bus.
Hotel Damage Deposit
The Hotel will require at least one credit card per room to guarantee no room damage during your stay. Any damage found to your room will be charged to the credit card used to secure the room. Deposit amounts may vary by trip and are RETURNED IN FULL when checking out of the hotel and at the conclusion of the trip as long as NO DAMAGE is discovered by hotel management, bus drivers and/or tour operators.
Trip pricing is based on historical fuel cost estimates and Canadian/American Dollar Values. Due to current world events and the highly unstable price of oil, we have no way to predict what the price of fuel and the value of the American dollar will be in the future. All fuel and currency related increases and/or charges/refunds will be assessed no later than 10 days prior to departure and must be paid by all customers, regardless of whether your balance is paid in full or not.
ALCOHOL & DRUG POLICY
ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS are permitted on our tour buses at any time. All luggage and bags are subject to search by tour operators, drivers and border agents. Any travelers found with illegal substances and/or paraphernalia will be removed from the tour immediately at the violators expense. Global Express Tours and BOTH Borders take this policy very seriously and you should as well. Please be considerate of other travelers on your tour. ROOMS All rooms have two double beds unless otherwise specified. Double Occupancy rooms with Queen/King size beds available by request. LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS We highly recommend NOT bringing expensive electronics, jewelry and valuables with you on your trip such as iPads and laptops. These items are very commonly lost or left behind and are not necessary for an enjoyable trip. While we will do everything we can to help you track down lost items, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items and/or their replacement.

Global Express Tours and their agents, in accepting bookings for this tour, clearly state they are not responsible nor liable for the faults and defaults of other companies and persons that may be used in carrying out the tour services, and also for accidents, personal injury, baggage loss, delays, carrier fuel charges, cancellations, strikes, political unrest, riots, acts of God and war and changes in schedule. In consideration of booking the tour, customers agree to covenant and hold harmless Global Express Tours, their respective officers, employees and agents from any and all actions, claims damages, costs and expenses on account of or in any way growing out of, all known and unknown personal injuries or property damage which I may now or hereafter have due to negligence or intentional actions of other parties while on the tour. Global Express Tours reserves the right to change or alter any arrangements set forth in its advertising and any itinerary should conditions warrant offering substitutions of comparable value, or to cancel the operation of any scheduled tour upon refund of deposit and money paid. Global Express Tours reserves the right to exclude disorderly persons from participating on any tour without refund. Charges are subject to change without notice.
